Binance.US is the US-registered branch of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume. It was opened due to U.S. regulations that restrict Binance's main site. Although Binance owns the name and intellectual property of Binance.US, the exchange is operated independently by BAM Trading Service. The two exchanges differ in terms of deposit and withdrawal methods, liquidity and transaction fees. In addition, the US-only platform offers users fewer cryptocurrencies and transactions than the global site, with just over 120 assets, while the main site exchange lists around 600 assets. The platform is also not available in all 50 US states.

How are the fees on Binance.US?

Binance.US offers free bitcoin trading and claims to be the only major exchange in the US to offer it. There are three tiers of pairs: "Tier 0", "Tier 1", and "Tier 2". The "Level 0" pair has a 0% trading fee. The fees for "Level 1" and "Level 2" pairs are based on the user's VIP level, which depends on the user's trading volume within 30 days. The pending order fee for "Level 1" varies from 0.0750% for VIP 1 to free for VIP 9, while the order taking fee varies from 0.1500% for VIP 1 to 0.0375% for VIP 9. The "Level 2" list fee ranges from 0.3000% of VIP 1 to free of charge for VIP 9, while the eating fee ranges from 0.4500% of VIP 1 to 0.0375% of VIP 9. In addition, if you pay with BNB (coin), you get a 25% fee discount.

Can I trade with leverage or margin on Binance.US?

The platform does not offer users the ability to trade or invest in futures using a margin account.
